Broward College students Martin Naparstek (IT), Josh Stevens (Marketing), Makayla Green (Marketing) and Karen Moreno (IT) acquire valuable skills at the Innovation Hub, thanks to the opportunity given to them by  accomplished CEO, entrepreneur, and angel investor William Nazaret, PhD. Previously CEO of Digitel (Venezuela), Digicel (Latin America) and Maxcom Telecom, William sits on the board of various companies in the US and Latin America. More recently he regularly commutes from his New York City home base to oversee the soft launch of a technology enabled social benefit company in Fort Lauderdale, with the help of our students out of the Innovation Hub. Partnerships like these, where students gain real world experience and invaluable insight from entrepreneurs like William, enhance the experience and qualifications of our graduates. The foresight of great professors like Michelle Levine (Computer Science – Central Campus) and Steven Gross (Marketing – North Campus) that enable these collaborations to materialize at the Innovation Hub moves forward our mission to empower the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs.
